Bloo.ma is a dedicated Business Unit (BU) of GAITS Industries, focused exclusively on Human Capital Development for individuals, teams, and organizations.

GAITS Industries is currently acting as the legal entity and Data Controller for all Bloo.ma activities.

This Privacy Policy applies to:

• Visitors to the Bloo.ma website
• Individuals requesting information or services
• Users participating in one-to-one or group development activities
• Applicants and members of the Bloo.ma ecosystem (coaches, educators, trainers, facilitators)
• Participants in workshops, programs, and assessments (including Insights Discovery)
• Institutional, corporate, and educational partners

Bloo.ma operates exclusively in the field of Human Capital Development, including:

• One-to-one coaching and development
• Learning and experiential education (including Nawat programs)
• Leadership, communication, and organizational development
• Insights Discovery–based profiles and workshops

Bloo.ma does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services, does not perform diagnoses, and does not replace licensed healthcare professionals.

All practitioners within the Bloo.ma ecosystem abide by a strict ethics and conduct charter. Any deviations need to be reported directly to the platform via [email protected].

All one-to-one and group development work is subject to strict confidentiality.
