Bloo.ma is a human development ecosystem built on a simple belief:

- Refrain from making unrealistic promises or guarantees
Non-Judgment & Respect
- Avoid labeling, diagnosing, or stigmatizing individuals
- Use tools (including Insights Discovery) as mirrors, not verdicts
- Respect cultural, emotional, and personal differences
Care for the Person
- Recognize signs of distress or limits
- Refer to appropriate professionals when issues fall outside one's scope
- Prioritize the well-being and autonomy of the person at all times
4. What Bloo.ma Is Not
To protect the ecosystem, Bloo.ma explicitly rejects:
- pseudo-science or unverified claims
- self-proclaimed "guru" positioning
- exploitative or extractive business practices
- coercive, manipulative, or fear-based approaches
- commoditization of human vulnerability
5. Role of Bloo.ma as a Platform
Bloo.ma acts as:
- a connector between people and professionals,
- a trust layer,
- a quality and ethics guardian.
Bloo.ma does not replace professional judgment, nor does it interfere in the substance of one-to-one work, except where ethical or safety concerns arise.
6. Accountability & Governance

- Bloo.ma reserves the right to review, suspend, or remove any professional who violates these principles
- Feedback, concerns, or ethical alerts may be raised confidentially
